Welcome to "Australian Urban," the triannual podcast exploring Urban Design down under.

Australian Urban is hosted by Josh Blashki, a Melbourne-based Urban Designer with a Master of Architecture from the University of Melbourne.

Each episode, Josh invites a leading urbanist or designer to delve into significant Australian urban projects, precincts, or places. Together, they unpack the design decisions, governance, politics and economics involved in shaping the places we call home.

Outside of the podcast, Josh works at MGS Architects, contributing to various high-profile housing and civic projects. He also channels his creative energy as a musician with the band, Approachable Members of Your Local Community.
